How we ship, and what happens if something needs to come back.

Shipping

Standard Weight Items

  • Shipped within 24 hours of your order.
  • $49.95 flat rate shipping on all orders under $99.
  • Free shipping on all orders over $99.

Free shipping applies to the contiguous 48 states only. Hawaii and Alaska are excluded.

Overweight Items

Transmissions and other overweight items must ship freight.

  • Freight flat rate: $1,100
  • Core charge: $2,500

When we receive your core, the $2,500 core charge is refunded to you.

About core charges: a core charge is a refundable deposit held until your original unit comes back to us. Cores must be returned complete and in reusable condition to qualify for the refund.

Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Liberty Diesel Performance.
  • All sales are final. Liberty Diesel Performance does not offer routine refunds.
  • Any refund is granted at the sole discretion of Liberty Diesel Performance.
  • No refunds or cancellations on special-order, custom-built or made-to-order items.
  • No refunds on parts that have been installed, used, altered or damaged after delivery.
  • No refunds on tuning devices, electronics or software once opened, registered, licensed or flashed to a vehicle.
  • Freight and shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • A restocking fee may be deducted from any approved refund.
  • Refused or abandoned freight shipments are not refundable and remain the customer's responsibility.

Returns

All returns must be sent back to the manufacturer or distributor that supplies the brand you purchased. Liberty Diesel Performance is a retailer, not the manufacturer, and cannot accept returns on a manufacturer's behalf.
  • Contact us first for a return authorization before shipping anything back.
  • Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused.
  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
  • Items must be returned in original, unopened packaging with all hardware and documentation.
  • Manufacturer restocking fees apply and are set by the manufacturer or distributor.
  • Items damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.
  • Select brands and product categories are non-returnable, including custom builds and special orders.
