FAQs
Straight answers, no runaround
The questions we get asked most often, answered by the people who build, sell and install the parts.
If your question is about fitment, an order, a build or what a new transmission actually changes, it is probably below. If it is not, call the shop and you will get a person who knows these trucks.
Shipping speed comes down to the option you pick at checkout and how far the carrier has to run to reach your address. As soon as your order is packed you get a shipping confirmation, and if anything on the order is going to take longer than expected we will tell you. If you need a part by a certain date, say so before you order and we will be straight with you about whether we can hit it.
Contact the shopEvery order leaves the shop with a shipping confirmation that carries the carrier tracking number. Click it, or drop that number straight into the carrier website, and you can follow the package all the way to your door. If the confirmation never showed up, check your spam folder first, then call us and we will dig the tracking out for you.
Questions about an orderFitment is everything on a diesel, so if something does not fit, stop and call the shop before you force anything. Have your year, make, model and engine ready and we will confirm the right part number for your exact truck and trace back where it went wrong. Checking fitment before you order is always cheaper than ordering twice.
Find your vehicleYes - that is the part of this shop we are proudest of. Liberty's Full Send Transmission is our own in-house build programme, and every unit is built around your truck: the power it makes, the load it pulls and what you actually do with it. Tell us the goal and we will tell you what it takes.
Ask about a buildYes. We install everything we sell, which is one of the reasons we are picky about what we stock. Buy the part, book the truck in, and the same shop that sold it to you fits it - no third party in the middle.
Schedule serviceWe can put together the parts list for a performance rebuild - converters, clutch packs, hard parts and everything that holds them together. If you are building it yourself, tell us the truck and the power you are after and we will help you spec it correctly. If you would rather not turn the wrenches, we will build the transmission for you.
Shop by vehicleA performance transmission is usually the difference between power you can use and power that just makes noise. A properly built unit holds torque under load, shifts firmly instead of slipping, runs cooler under hard use and takes abuse that a tired stock box will not. If you are adding power, the transmission is what decides whether you can actually put it down.
Learn moreTransmissions are the flagship, not the whole story. We sell and install diesel performance parts, handle repair and maintenance, and take on build-specific work - all out of our own shop in Zanesville, Ohio. If it makes a diesel truck better, there is a good chance we can help with it.
