Every Liberty Full Send transmission is assembled in our own bay from measured hard parts, billet where billet matters, and hydraulic circuits set up for real line pressure. Here is what is actually inside.
A Rebuild Kit Puts New Friction In Old Parts.
That is why so many built transmissions end up back on a bench. A rebuild kit replaces the friction material and leaves the worn hard parts and the stock valve body in place. We do it the other way around: the case is stripped and bead blasted, the hard parts are inspected against spec, the front pump is precision built and vacuum tested, and the valve body is custom built to hold firm line pressure instead of bleeding off under load.
The result is a transmission that leaves with known clearances rather than hopeful ones - and a warranty to stand behind it. 2 Year Unlimited Mile on the transmission, 24 months on the torque converter.
